With a recent change in the volunteer management position and COVID-19, there were problems the volunteer coordinator wanted to be solved. One of which was the Idaho Humane Society's onboarding process. They had individuals interested in volunteers, but these new volunteers were not completing the onboarding process and making it to their first shift.
