Working with Mackin Talent as a vendor for Google's Real Estate and Workplace Services I have developed an entire Training Program based on the organizations needs. I utlized the ADDIE Model, Kickpatrick's Evaluation Model, Blooms Taxonomy, Andragogy, and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia as a starting point.

Working with Mackin Talent as a vendor for Google's Data Centers I have created over 100 techincal eLearning courses using Evolve, Figma, Camtasia, and Wellsaid Labs. These courses covered software such as 3Dexperience, Autodesk, internal Google software, and more. As well as courses covering electrical procedures, safety procedures, mechanical procedures, and more In my first year Iexceeded my deliverable quota by 290%.
