As the IHS began to implement the recommendations from the needs assessment project there was a need to create and develop job aids for specific tasks relating to the volunteer portal. Our team worked through the task of how to help volunteers log their volunteer hours accurately. We utlized the LeaPS ID model, please explore our process and final documents.
